Diligent Preparation in Early Spring for New Chapters, Pragmatic Action to Usher in a New Journey
From February 17–20, taking advantage of the post-Spring Festival period when employees were relatively gathered, the company organized 2024 Post-Holiday All-Staff Training. The training covered diverse topics in batches and categories, including company policies, safety, quality control, procurement, equipment management, marketing, craftsmanship, risk management, digital transformation, and new employee orientation.
This intensive training followed the learning plan developed by the company’s Business School, with lectures delivered by professionals boasting deep expertise, rich experience, and strong hands-on management capabilities. Each session combined centralized lectures with interactive discussions and theoretical knowledge with practical case studies, utilizing methods such as group classes, panel exchanges, and case analyses to enhance learning effectiveness.
The multi-level training broadened employees’ horizons, playing a crucial role in elevating their ideological realm, clarifying work strategies, and sharpening professional skills. It also laid a solid foundation for a strong start to the new year, ensuring the company is well-prepared to open new chapters of development.
