Looking back at 2024, the company has both gained and fallen short. In terms of safety and quality, multiple safety and quality accidents have occurred, which not only caused heavy losses to the company, but also served as a warning to all of us. As a manufacturing enterprise, safety is the zero line, and quality is the passing line. In the new year, every department and individual must strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, ensure quality control, and prevent accidents from occurring at the source.

This year, we have clear goals and full of confidence. At the business level, we need to fully focus on development, achieve growth in sales revenue and optimize sales structure, with a focus on breaking through the US market and the Kami product market. Focus on building the marketing department to achieve a shift from sales to marketing, making our products and brands more competitive in the market.


In terms of fine management, we will continue to deepen the "cost reduction" strategy, starting from sales, delivery, research and development, and management in all aspects, carefully calculating and improving resource utilization efficiency. At the same time, we will focus on solving the profit eating monster of stagnant products and enhance the overall profitability of the company through budget management.


In terms of employee care, this year we will make great efforts to improve the cafeteria issues that have been widely reported, ensuring that everyone eats healthily and satisfactorily. The company claims nearly 2.7 million yuan in quality claims every year. If we try our best to save this wasted money and use it to improve meal subsidies and cafeteria improvements, would everyone be willing?
