Hong Kong War Zone: Held HJC Digital Transformation Project Launch Kick-off Meeting

**On November 5**, the **Malaysian factory** held the **HJC Digital Transformation Project Launch Kick-off Meeting**, attended by **project consultants** and **members of the digital transformation team**.   The **HJC Digital Transformation Project** is a major strategic initiative proposed in response to the current market environment and the factory’s own development needs. Encompassing systems such as **SAP, WMS, MES, PDM, BI, CRM, QMS, and SRM**, the project is divided into **three phases**. Its goal is to leverage advanced digital technologies and concepts to **enhance the efficiency and accuracy of production operations**.   During the launch meeting, the **background, objectives, implementation plan, and expected outcomes** of the project were detailed. This HJC digital transformation, carried out on the **fifth anniversary of the Malaysian factory's commissioning and operation**, aims to achieve **comprehensive upgrading** of the factory’s production, management, and sales processes upon completion. It will significantly improve the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of overseas subsidiaries. All project members were urged to attach great importance to the initiative, follow the既定计划 (established plan) strictly, and actively participate to ensure its smooth implementation.   The meeting **marked a solid step** for **Dongyu Hongxiang** in promoting the digital and intelligent development of its overseas operations, **infusing digital momentum** into the company’s global operations. In the next step, the Malaysian factory will actively collaborate with the digital project team and **spare no effort to ensure the smooth implementation** of the project.
