On October 11, to accelerate the progress of the Supply Chain Management Enhancement Project, the project team visited the Malaysian factory to conduct empowerment for supply chain improvement and drive industrial upgrading.
The project team first carried out a comprehensive assessment of the factory’s current supply chain status, gaining in-depth insights into pain points and challenges in areas such as quality control, order management, procurement, equipment maintenance, inventory, and supplier management. Based on this, they tailor-made a supply chain enhancement plan for the factory, including measures to improve the quality management system, boost inventory turnover rates, standardize equipment maintenance, optimize procurement strategies, and refine the supplier management system. This empowerment initiative not only elevated the factory’s supply chain management standards but also introduced new management concepts and development strategies.
Moving forward, the factory will continue to deepen cooperation with the project team to explore more innovative supply chain management models and methods, driving continuous progress toward new stages of development.
