**On July 16**, the **Supply Chain Management Enhancement Project** organized a team to visit the **Malaysian factory** for **specialized warehouse research and rectification**, aiming to optimize and upgrade overseas warehouse management.   During the调研 (research), the Malaysian factory actively collaborated, highlighting **pain points and challenges** in their operations. The project team conducted **on-site inspections and visits** to factory workshops and warehouses, focusing on identifying issues in the factory’s warehouse management. They formulated **warehouse layout plans and solutions** to improve storage capacity and operational efficiency.   Currently, under the guidance of supply chain project consultants, the company’s headquarters has achieved **significant progress** in the warehouse management module. This research visit will help the Malaysian factory **elevate its warehouse management to a new level**, further enhancing the competitiveness of the **Hong Kong War Zone**.
