Hong Kong War Zone: Supply Chain Enhancement Project Conducts Research Visit to Malaysian Factory

From May 22 to 30, to accelerate the progress of the Supply Chain Management Enhancement Project, project consultants visited the Malaysian factory for research.
During the 调研 (research), Malaysian factory employees actively collaborated, with department heads engaging in in-depth discussions with the consultants. They highlighted pain points and challenges in their work and accompanied the consultants on on-site visits to supplier factories, examining issues in the Hong Kong War Zone’s business operations and supply chain management to help formulate plans and solutions.
The Hong Kong War Zone regards order fulfillment as its core competitiveness and overseas supply chain management as a critical component of operational management, both vital for enhancing overall competitiveness. Through this in-depth research visit to the Malaysian factory, the company aims to ensure the smooth advancement of the supply chain enhancement project as a whole.
