Conduct Standardized Training to Recharge, Empower, and Enhance Capabilities

Facing a fiercely competitive market environment, the company’s need to enhance the capabilities and quality of its sales teams has become urgent. As a critical link in boosting core competitiveness, empowering sales training has become a shared industry consensus.
Recently, the Human Resources Department organized sales personnel to participate in physical property testing and standards training for panels at the Innovation Research Institute in batches. Trainees included staff from sales departments across all War Zones, with 2–3 sales personnel scheduled for on-site training each week. During the sessions, instructors deeply analyzed common issues frequently encountered in panel physical testing and systematically interpreted key points of testing methods and standards, including:

• Glue bond strength and internal bond strength tests

• Bending strength tests

• Water absorption expansion rate tests

The training featured rich content, thorough analysis, and strong practical guidance, enabling participants to apply what they learned. It reinforced quality awareness and upgraded their professional skills through hands-on learning.
